Service Policies

Appointments are offered all day Monday- Friday between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm. We have early morning and lunchtime appointments for your convenience! We also have available appointments every Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm. We also offer drop-off appointments (for patients we have seen before). You can drop off the pet and a doctor will call you after the exam to discuss the case. Appointments can be made by calling the office or requests can be made online.

Our receptionists and client service team will attempt to accommodate all requests, including an appointment with a veterinarian of your choice. We strive to keep your waiting time to a minimum as we recognize your time is valuable. However, emergencies do arise in our hospital, and we ask for your patience if there is a delay during your appointment, due to a patient requiring immediate care. We will always inform you of any changes ahead of time.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform the receptionist as soon as possible. Please give us at least 24-hour notice if you wish to change a scheduled dental or surgery.

Emergency & Urgent Care

Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. Our veterinarians are trained and equipped to handle any medical emergency your pet is experiencing. Usually, an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet’s life. Emergencies can be things such as rat bait poisoning, hit by a car and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. If possible, it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency. We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but when you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait or the cost to be seen.
