Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Appointments are usually made Mon- Fri. between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:30 pm and can vary depending upon the day’s surgery schedule. We are also open, for your convenience, on Saturday morning for appointments. We are excited to have special hours to accommodate our clients. We have early morning and lunchtime appointments on Tuesdays and Fridays! We have a doctor seeing patients from 7 am each Tuesday and Friday. This is helpful for those clients that don’t want to take off work to bring in their pets. We also offer drop-off appointments (for patients we have seen before). You can drop off the pet and a doctor will call you after the exam to discuss the case. Appointments can be made by calling the office or made online.

Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests, including an appointment with a veterinarian of your choice, to the best of our ability. We strive to keep your waiting time to a minimum as we recognize your time is valuable. However, emergencies do arise in our hospital, and we ask for your patience if there is a delay during your appointment, due to a patient requiring immediate care. We will always inform you of any changes ahead of time.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform the receptionist as soon as possible. Please give us at least 24-hour notice if you wish to change a scheduled dental or surgery.

Emergency & Urgent Care

Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. Our veterinarians are trained and equipped to handle any medical emergency your pet is experiencing. Usually, an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet’s life. Emergencies can be things such as rat bait poisoning, hit by a car and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. If possible, it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency. We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but when you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait or the cost to be seen.

So that we can continue to provide you with high-quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment is made at the time services are rendered. We do not bill. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
