- Complete the required paperwork online through the City of Lake Forest.
- Once submitted, the city will notify our team directly.
- We’ll automatically apply $100 off your spay or neuter service at the time of your appointment.
There’s no need to bring paperwork with you — we’ll take care of the rest once we receive confirmation.
